Artist's Description
Captured are dramatic clouds and lightning moving across St. Louis. I was hoping to get a long exposure shot of the St. Louis skyline from atop the Compton Water Tower, but the electrical storm moving in had other ideas. I managed to get a few shots of the storm front with a few lightning bolts before being asked to evacuate the Compton Water Tower due to safety reasons.

Although I enjoy night photography, my true love is hiking in the woods and being around wildlife. I feel blessed living near a wildlife management area.
