This is a photograph of a partially lit pine tree along a trail in the woods. As I was hiking, I noticed how the sun was poking through the tree tops highlighting a pine tree up ahead. I especially liked the texture and color of the tree bark.

Although I enjoy night photography, my true love is hiking in the woods and being around wildlife. I feel blessed living near a wildlife management area.
